Introduction Our Shipping Policy includes the principles regarding the delivery of Kaila Design products to our valued customers.

Processing Time

  • In-stock products are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • The lead time for pre-order and custom-order products is 15 days. This period may vary depending on production density.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.

  • The total shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipping Methods

  • Domestic shipments within Turkey are made through contracted courier companies.

  • International shipping options are available for overseas orders. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the selected country and shipping method.

Order Tracking After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via a confirmation e-mail. You can track your shipment through the courier company's website.

International Shipping

  • Shipping is available to selected countries.

  • Customs duties and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Address The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the additional shipping fee for re-sending belongs to the customer.

Cancellation and Return Policy

GENERAL PRINCIPLES Purchased products can be requested for return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. For a return or exchange request to be valid, products must be unused, suitable for resale, and sent back with their original packaging. In return and exchange transactions, all accessories, labels, gifts, or promotional materials of the product must be sent in full.

ORDER CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can contact us via our Site or our hotline at (0532 7214238). If the order cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to you as soon as possible. Once the product has been shipped, the return process will apply instead of cancellation.

RETURN CONDITIONS Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days from the date the product reaches them. The product for which a return is requested must be: • Unused, • In its original packaging with all accessories, • Undamaged, • In a resalable condition. It is important to include the invoice or dispatch note sent with the product in the package. The return shipment must be prepared carefully, ensuring that the outer packaging does not damage the original product packaging.

RETURN PROCESS You can submit your return request via the communication channels on the Site or our line at 0532 7214238. Upon approval of the return, your refund will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS You can submit your exchange request within 14 days of receiving the product using our communication channels on the Site or our Customer Service line. The product to be exchanged must meet the conditions specified in the return policy (unused, original packaging, etc.). Depending on stock availability, your requested different size, color, or model will be sent to you as soon as possible. Shipping costs for products sent for exchange are evaluated in accordance with the distance selling agreement and relevant legislation.

EFFECTIVENESS This Cancellation and Return Policy applies to products and services offered by Kaila Design via the Site. The provisions of the policy are regulated in accordance with the relevant legislation and the rules of the distance selling agreement. This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been established electronically between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (“Regulation”).

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law and Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website or social media sales channels.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and obtained information regarding the basic qualifications, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product subject to the contract and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically. 4.2. The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER or to the person/organization indicated by them. The delivery period shall not exceed 30 days from the order confirmation. This period may be extended in case of force majeure. 4.3. The product price is collected through payment institutions contracted with the SELLER. 4.4. In case of supply impossibility, the SELLER may offer a product of equivalent quality or cancel the order after informing the BUYER. 4.5. By approving this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they have received the preliminary information.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any justification. 5.2. Written notification must be made to the SELLER for withdrawal, and the product must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories. 5.3. Return shipping costs within the scope of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER (unless otherwise specified in the legislation). 5.4. The original invoice or its substitute document must also be returned. 5.5. The price of the returned product shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days. The SELLER is not responsible for delays arising from banking processes.

6. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

  • Custom-made products,

  • Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, etc.),

  • Products whose packaging has been opened or used.

7. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES In case the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the provisions of the agreement made with their bank shall apply.

8. AUTHORIZED COURT Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized in disputes.

9. EFFECTIVENESS By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
