We offer a wide range of options that vary by collection. In addition to natural textures such as linen, cotton, viscose, and denim, we also work with modern technical fabrics.

How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?

Shipping and DeliveryReady-to-wear items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. For custom orders, the timeline averages between 7–14 days, depending on the complexity of the design and craftsmanship involved. For us, the most delightful moment is when the piece we have crafted finally reaches you.

Our women’s and men’s collections offer sizes ranging from S to 3XL. If needed, custom-made orders tailored to your measurements can also be prepared.

Do your products shrink after washing?

Accepted Answer

Our fabrics are pre-washed before tailoring to minimize shrinkage or loss of form. For pieces crafted from modern technical fabrics or those featuring specialized craftsmanship and delicate techniques, we recommend specific care and gentle cleaning to maintain their quality.

What are the payment methods?

You can shop using credit cards, bank transfers (wire transfers/EFT), and secure online payment systems.

Can I return or exchange my item?

You may return the product you have received within 14 days or request an exchange, provided that the item has remained unused. Please note that returns are not accepted for custom-made orders tailored to your specific measurements. Our studio finds joy in your satisfaction, and we look forward to continuing to design pieces that accompany you with pleasure.
